A New Chapter for Rockwell

We are thrilled to announce that the Rockwell team has relocated to our new offices on Wardour Street in Central London. Leaving behind almost a decade of memories in St James’s was bittersweet, but as we step into Soho’s lively streets, we feel a renewed sense of energy and purpose.

Soho’s dynamic environment perfectly aligns with Rockwell’s innovative spirit, offering proximity to key partners and consultants, and placing us at the centre of London’s creative heartbeat. Known for its bustling streets, eclectic restaurants, and historic pubs, Soho is a fitting base for a design led, multi-use developer committed to delivering exceptional homes and places across the Capital.

As the paint dries on the walls of our new setting, the Rockwell team presses ahead with our transformative projects on all fronts.

A year on from groundbreaking in September 2023, Hurlingham Waterfront in SW6 has continued at pace in 2024, with the external facade elements now begun on the site, while the concrete frame advances smoothly. At our 30-storey multi-use tower in East London, Vetro, only a small number of residences remain, and the project has been shortlisted for three prestigious property awards this summer: the Property Awards, Tall Building Awards and British Homes Awards.

We’re also proud to have reaffirmed our commitments to transforming the communities local to our developments for the better, this summer, especially through our recent sponsorship of the Battersea Summer Scheme’s ‘Big Play Out’, and a football training session led by legendary father-son football duo, Harry and Jamie Redknapp, for children from local youth clubs.

As we write the next chapter of Rockwell’s story from the heart of Soho, we’re more committed than ever to shaping London’s skyline and its communities, one groundbreaking project at a time.
