Rockwell announce support for 14 Consulting

Rockwell are delighted to announce that we have become Corporate Supporters of 14 Consulting, a not-for-profit social enterprise (Community Interest Company) which helps organisations nurture equity, inclusion and mental wellbeing.

Founded by Sarwat Tasneem, 14 Consulting provides practical and holistic advice to help overcome the challenges which transpire in the workplace, with a view to making them fairer and more respectful environments in which everybody can fulfil their potential. Rockwell’s corporate support follows our Board Director and Head of Planning and Development, Jonathan Manns, joining the Advisory Board in November 2020. Formally announcing the support of Rockwell and others, Sarwat Tasneem said:

“Our diverse support represents leaders who put inclusion and wellbeing at the forefront of what they say and do; inspiring us to deliver the best that we can possibly achieve for our cohorts of future leaders and talent, and creating social impact for disadvantaged and underrepresented communities. 14 Consulting is built on a belief in social justice and we could not to be more pleased to have a team who share the values of our social enterprise.”
