A world-class hotel and serviced apartment development in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea that will also deliver 62 affordable homes.

Having led the strategic consultancy for the redevelopment of the existing Holiday Inn at Gloucester Road, Rockwell’s proposed redevelopment of the Kensington Forum was granted planning permission in 2019 by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, and again in 2020 by the Deputy Mayor, Jules Pipe.

This high-quality development proposal includes a world-class 749-bedroom hotel, 340 serviced apartments and 62 new homes – all of which will be affordable housing to benefit the community.
