An architectural statement comprising a 400-bedroom hotel and 279 serviced apartments.

This hotel and serviced apartments scheme will be a bold new addition to the waterfront, enhancing the public realm with dockside leisure facilities, and boosting the local economy with approximately 250 jobs. Its open base will provide a more engaged pedestrian experience and give freer access to underused space beneath the DLR.

This mixed-use development will replace an existing three-storey office building, bringing new visitors to South Quay and creating a new destination just five minutes from Canary Wharf.
