Rockwell welcome 2021’s Patchwork Cohort

Rockwell are established supporters of the Patchwork Foundation.

On 10th February, the Rockwell team joined the Patchwork Foundation team and Abena Oppong-Asare, MP for Erith & Thamesmead, for its annual welcome to the new cohort of ‘Patchworkers’ who will participate in this year’s Masterclass Programme.

Rockwell are established supporters of the Patchwork Foundation and are sponsors one of two cohorts who pass through the 10-month programme each year with sessions from leading professionals, politicians, past Prime Ministers and even our Founder, Donal Mulryan.

Speaking to the organisation, which seeks to help diversify civil society organisations by opening doors to those from non-traditional backgrounds, Abena Oppong-Asare MP offered some advice to the Patchworkers; to make their voices heard regardless of their appearance or background and to embrace this opportunity to find their own specialisms.

Donal Mulryan, Founder of Rockwell, added “As long-term supporters, we have seen first-hand the incredible work Patchwork does. It is truly a one-of-a-kind programme. This year’s cohort have successfully completed a highly competitive selection process and have been chosen to participate from amongst hundreds of other highly talented young people. 2021’s cohort were selected as they have demonstrated their potential to succeed and that extra spark that sets them apart.”
