Public Exhibition for Rockwell’s Elephant & Castle redevelopment begins.
The public exhibition, which will take place on Saturday 18 June, is an opportunity to encourage individuals within the community to provide feedback and inform Rockwell’s emerging redevelopment proposals for the site.
Rockwell Acquires Hurlingham Retail Park
Situated on the North Bank of the River Thames at the heart of the South Fulham regeneration zone, the highly sought-after landmark site is one of the only remaining redevelopment opportunities in the area and, having been granted mixed-use planning consent in 2020, will comprise a mixture of residential and commercial spaces.
Oliver Barrett Appointment
Having played a pivotal role in building the Amazon UK Real Estate Team, Oliver brings a wealth of large-scale acquisitions experience and expertise to Rockwell. Prior to his position at Amazon UK, Oliver was Head of Property at Lidl GB, where he oversaw a team of acquisitions and construction managers for store openings in London and spearheaded the planning team on Lidl’s new 250,000 sq. ft Head Office in Tolworth.
Tower Hamlets Speaker’s Ball
The team at Rockwell were delighted to attend the Tower Hamlets Speaker’s Ball, where Councillors, charities and local businesses this month came together in the East Winter Gardens in Canary Wharf to celebrate Tower Hamlets Council’s first fundraising event since the start of the pandemic almost two years ago.

Donal Mulryan gives Patchwork Masterclass!
Donal kicked-off the discussion with reflections on his life and career, with him detailing his 25-year career in property and offering advice on what can be done when facing the challenges and opportunities presented by work and daily life. This was followed by a detailed question and answer session, chaired by the Patchworker’s themselves, with him being quizzed on everything from business leadership styles to the importance of charitable and community work.
Rockwell find Summit Success for LandAid!
We are pleased to announce that, despite some sore feet, at 0750 on Saturday 24 July the Rockwell team successfully completed the National Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for LandAid: having scaled Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon.
