London residents attend post-election property briefing at Hurlingham Waterfront Marketing Suite
Rockwell’s Head of Sales, Aidan McMahon, recently hosted a post-election briefing session at the Hurlingham Waterfront marketing suite, welcoming residents from Fulham, Chelsea and Wandsworth to enjoy a coffee and hear expert insight on the impact of the UK General Election on the property market.
Specialists from Knight Frank and Savills, our appointed estate agents for Hurlingham Waterfront, led seminars, discussing performance predictions for the local residential and rental markets throughout 2024 and 2025.
With Angela Rayner, Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government recently committing Labour to a target of building 80,000 new homes, Hurlingham Waterfront is a perfect example of redeveloping an underutilised site to deliver much-needed housing with 269 design-led contemporary residences currently under construction in the sought after postcode, SW6.
The briefing session was well attended by local residents who enjoyed coffee and a tour of Hurlingham Waterfront’s marketing suite, where they had an opportunity to learn more about what development in South West London has to offer. Hurlingham Waterfront will comprise a mixture of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, each of which combines the excitement of the city with the tranquillity of waterside living.
