Having led the strategic consultancy for the £1bn GDV redevelopment of the existing Holiday Inn at Gloucester Road, Rockwell’s proposed redevelopment of the Kensington Forum was granted planning permission in 2019 by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, and again in 2020 by the Deputy Mayor, Jules Pipe.
