He is Patron of the Patchwork Foundation, which helps young people from disadvantaged communities take their place in politics and civil society.

Nicholas Mee has 15 years’ experience in acquisitions, planning, construction and disposals. Working closely with Donal, he drives Rockwell’s plans to grow.

With a background in both residential and commercial property, Nicholas oversees our mixed-use development and investment opportunities focused on Greater London. Before joining Rockwell, he acquired numerous off-market sites for a leading retailer, delivering schemes from concept to completion.

David brings over 15 years construction experience to Rockwell. In his role, he strategically leads the construction of our residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and has delivered numerous complex and high-profile projects in the UK, having previously spent several years working for a leading building contractor.

Edwin joined Rockwell in 2016, bringing with him three decades of accounting, tax and financial experience.

He has worked internationally in jurisdictions including The Netherlands, Dutch Antilles, UK, France and Monaco, and was previously a financial controller leading finance teams overseeing numerous real estate transactions and major renovations.

Dominic looks after the day-to-day management of Rockwell’s impressive £2.5 billion development pipeline and has more than a decade of experience working in London’s real estate sector. He has worked for some of the largest global multi-disciplinary property firms.

Cameron is a Senior Financial Analyst with 8 years’ experience in the property and financial industry. He is responsible for producing all financial appraisals, working closely alongside the Founder and Board to monitor the performance of our current projects and the viability of future acquisitions.

Oliver has 8 years’ experience in property acquisitions and development within London and brings well-rounded expertise to the team. Oliver is responsible for identifying, analysing, and transacting on new sites to ensure Rockwell has a stream of exciting development projects in our pipeline.

Sudipti steers Rockwell’s brand and marketing strategy. Prior to joining she held management roles at leading branding and property marketing agencies.

Her understanding of audience behaviours and brand engagement help her tell each of our building’s stories eloquently. She has also run award-winning launches of some of London’s most well-known residential and mixed-use developments in recent years.

Nick has enjoyed a long and varied career in the Construction industry and is responsible for all commercial and contractual aspects in relation to the construction of our developments.

Nick brings a wealth of industry experience in the procurement and cost control of large construction projects in the UK having worked for a number or major contractors and developers before joining Rockwell.

With over 20 years of experience, Niall has worked on various significant building construction projects in the UK and Ireland, encompassing residential, commercial, healthcare, and retail sectors.

Niall possesses a comprehensive understanding of construction management, handling all project stages from award and design coordination to construction, completion, and final handover.

Matthias is a Senior Design Manager with more than 22 years’ experience designing high-quality, technically challenging and complex building projects.

Matthias has worked on mixed-use projects around the world, including in Germany, China, the UAE and the UK, and brings particular experience of designing developments in London.

With over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate and Aparthotel sector, Della holds a Master’s in Design and has excelled as Head of Marketing, enhancing brand visibility, sales, and account management.

Now serving as Executive Assistant to the Founder, Board of Directors, and Office Head, she brings her extensive knowledge and multi-tasking abilities in business operations, administration, and communications.
