42 Metre Crane Arrives at Hurlingham Waterfront
Construction at Hurlingham Waterfront is well and truly underway with the significant milestone of piling works completion having been achieved. Rockwell is now celebrating another key construction milestone with the arrival of a 42 metre tall, 55 metre long luffing jib crane which has now been installed on site. The crane ushers in the next stage of development, involving the construction of the superstructure as Hurlingham Waterfront takes shape.
Last Autumn we celebrated the start of construction at Hurlingham Waterfront with an official groundbreaking ceremony attended by our closest partners and consultants, alongside Julie Cavanagh, Director of SEAPIA (Sands End Associated Projects in Action), a charity which provides a safe play environment for local children from less advantaged backgrounds. As with all our developments, we are going beyond the building, reaching into the local community to leave a legacy and create meaningful benefits. Most recently, we have built a weatherproof play area for SEAPIA which has enabled the children to play outside throughout the winter months.
With the completion of piling works, and the arrival of the crane, the vision for this exciting new development continues to take shape at pace and on schedule.
First completions at Hurlingham Waterfront are scheduled for Q3 2025. Prices start from £595,000.
