Public Exhibition for Rockwell’s Elephant & Castle redevelopment begins.

The public exhibition, which will take place on Saturday 18 June, is an opportunity to encourage individuals within the community to provide feedback and inform Rockwell’s emerging redevelopment proposals for the site.

From initial acquisition, through to planning and redevelopment, Rockwell aspires to work closely with every community it works within, and before plans for the redevelopment are advanced, it is very important for the team to listen to the community and understand what matters most.

Elephant and Castle is undoubtedly one of the most exciting areas in London and the Salvation Army headquarters site is an exceptional development opportunity at the very heart of the area.

Rockwell aims to bring forward a transformational scheme, which will include flexible, modern office space with affordable workspace, in addition to an attractive urban hotel. This will provide tangible benefits to the local area including hundreds of job opportunities for the community.

Rockwell is working with world-class consultants to conceive a considerate design for a greener car-free development alongside an enhanced public realm.
