Tower Hamlets Speaker’s Ball

The team at Rockwell were delighted to attend the Tower Hamlets Speaker’s Ball, where Councillors, charities and local businesses this month came together in the East Winter Gardens in Canary Wharf to celebrate Tower Hamlets Council’s first fundraising event since the start of the pandemic almost two years ago.

Hosted by Cllr Mohammed Ahbab Hossain, the event raised money for three brilliant local charities working hard to provide opportunities for young people in the local community: Capital Kids Cricket, Sottyen Sen School of Performing Arts and Rockwell’s own charity partner, Patchwork Foundation.

The event was a huge success, enjoyed by all, and the Rockwell team were fascinated to learn more about the life-changing work that each of these charities are doing to inspire, challenge and empower the young people of Tower Hamlets.
