Rockwell ‘Climb Everest’ in Support of Keeping Families Together
Last month, the team came together to raise more than £2000 in support of Wandsworth-based charity, Keeping Families Together (KFT). Climbing a combined 2,700 storeys at Vetro, Rockwell’s 30 storey development in Westferry, they accumulated a distance equivalent to the height of the 29,000ft Mt. Everest. Rockwell is proud to continue supporting KFT, who are provide vital support to so many in South West London.
Vetro Shortlisted for the Property Awards 2024
We are pleased to announce that our landmark development in Westferry, Vetro, was recently shortlisted by Property Week for the ‘Placemaking and Social Value Award’, which celebrates the best commercial or commercial-led mixed-use development scheme that has regenerated or physically improved the built environment on and around a particular site, disused building or location. Vetro is joined by a selection of the very best developments across the UK which have created incredible new places and provided a lasting legacy of social value in the local community.
Supporting London’s Mums This Mother’s Day
In celebration of mothers and grandmothers everywhere, and in recognition of the important work by Little Village to support those in London most in need, Rockwell has donated to the charity’s 2024 ‘Mother’s Day Bundle’.
Rockwell Raise over £3,000 for Keeping Families Together
In November last year, the team walked 30km across London throughout the night in support of Wandsworth-based charity Keeping Families Together (KFT) raising more than £3,000. Starting at Vetro, near Canary Wharf, the 6-hour walk took them through East London, south of the river onto Battersea and then to Hurlingham Waterfront, before heading to Rockwell’s office on St. James’s Square.
42 Metre Crane Arrives at Hurlingham Waterfront
Construction at Hurlingham Waterfront is well and truly underway with the significant milestone of piling works completion having been achieved. Rockwell is now celebrating another key construction milestone with the arrival of a 42 metre tall, 55 metre long luffing jib crane which has now been installed on site. The crane ushers in the next stage of development, involving the construction of the superstructure as Hurlingham Waterfront takes shape.
Rockwell Showcases Hurlingham Waterfront in Doha, Qatar
On Sunday 3 March 2024, Rockwell will launch a partnership with Doha-based prime real estate advisory Alford Hughes, in collaboration with regional partners Knight Frank, to showcase its 3.2-acre luxury residential property development, Hurlingham Waterfront in Fulham, West London.

Looking back on an action packed year
2023 kicked-off with the completion of our landmark multi-use regeneration project, Vetro, moments from Canary Wharf. Marking a significant milestone in our transformation of this previously derelict site into an anchor location for the Westferry community, our first residents moved into the building last January.
